Our Specialty...

We specialize in short to medium run, 4-color process and general commercial ­printing such as brochures, sell sheets, ad reprints, booklets, spec sheets, instruction manuals and folding cartons. Depending on the product, your job will be turned around fast, usually in 2-6 days from receipt of your print ready digital file. We love the small, high-quality jobs that the big printers hate.

Our Presses...

Our 4 and 5-color work is printed on a 5-color Heidelberg press for unbeatable quality. The 5th unit is frequently used for varnish or a PMS ink. Our 1 and 2-color general commercial printing is done on a Heidelberg 2-color press with perfector. This press is very competitively priced for 1 and 2-color printing without sacrificing quality.
We use only quality metal plates on ALL of our presses.

Multiple Proofing Options...

Depending on the product, we offer three different proofing options. A FREE black and white fax to check content and position works well for low cost, simple jobs. FREE PDF proofs are fast, reliable and allow you to see color breaks, check content and position and it’s all done via the internet. Hard copy calibrated color proofs made from your ­digital file are color accurate and most closely represent the printing characteristics of your file.

Hard copy color proofs are made on ICC calibrated devices and are nearly identical to the more ­expensive and time consuming traditional laminate proofs. All of our proofs are made prior to the printing plates so corrections can be made without throwing away costly film. All of the ­products in this catalog give you a FREE PDF proof.

After receiving your order, all work is printed on high quality sheets, including recycled grades. The price includes plating, printing, completion of the bindery and FREE surface shipping, as per your instructions, in the 48 contiguous states.

Download our order form, fill it out completely and send it in with your job. Our in-house prepress department supports Quark, InDesign, PageMaker, Illustrator, Photoshop, Freehand and properly prepared PDF files: Mac or PC platforms.* See page 14 for handy pre-press tips to help expedite your order. We accept CDs and DVDs or, send your job via our FTP site, ­ftp.expressclr.com. Usually within 24 hours of your job’s arrival, our experienced staff will have output a proof and sent it back to you for inspection.
