Sending your job on disk…
- Package your native file(s) with all necessary support art
and font files and burn to a CD-R or DVD-R. (Media will not
be returned unless requested, so DO NOT send us your ONLY copy!)
- Provide a completed order form (see step 1 above) and
a color or b/w hardcopy proof of your project.

Sending your job via e-mail… If your files are
less than 6MB you may send them via standard e-mail:
- Package your native file(s) with all necessary support art
and font files included. We suggest compressing your file(s):
For Mac OS 9 use Stuff-It or on OS X, from the finder, control
click on the file or folder and "Create Archive". For
PC use WinZIP or similar.
- Fax a completed order form (see step 1 above) and a
hardcopy proof of your project to:

- E-mail us with a contact name and phone number, and your
job attached to:
newprojects@expressclr.com
Sending your job via our FTP site…
- Package your native file(s) with all necessary support art
and font files included. We suggest compressing your file(s):
For Mac OS 9 use Stuff-It or on OS X, from the finder, control
click on the file or folder and "Create Archive".
For PC use WinZIP or similar. (NOTE: If you are on a Dial Up
internet connection, we recommend limiting your file
size to 5 megs or less for uploads)
- Fax a completed Order Form (or pg 15 of our catalog) and
a hardcopy proof of your project to: 503-255-4632.
Please note on the order form that your job is coming via FTP.
If you are using ftp software: we suggest using Fetch
or Transmit for Mac —OR— CuteFTP or FTPexplorer
for PC.
- Launch your FTP software and use the following parameters:
Host: ftp.expressclr.com or 64.226.227.189
USER: incomingjobs
password: jobs101
directory: (leave blank)
- Choose PUT FILE and select the file(s) you wish to transfer
(choose the binary transfer method if prompted).
Upload transfer time is dependent on file size. Expect large
files to take longer to complete transferring.
(Please enclose multiple files in a single folder and use your
company name and or project name as folder title. Also,
If you are on a Dial Up internet connection, we recommend limiting
your file size to 5 megs or less for uploads) )
If you are using an ftp compatible web browser: we suggest
using Safari or Firefox for the Mac —OR— Firefox
or IE for PC.
- Enter the URL ftp://expressclr.com and use the following
parameters when asked by your web browser:
USER: incomingjobs
password: jobs101
- Follow the directions for your browser. Upload transfer time
is dependent on file size.
Expect large files to take longer to complete transferring.

Please notify us by phone, fax or e-mail when your upload
